IJL welcomes second cohort of research fellows

We are happy to announce the second cohort of IJL undergraduate research fellows: Margot Cunningham, Nathan Liu, Daniel Posthumus, and Zoha Siddiqui. They join continuing fellows, Alexandra Byrne, Gabrielle DeBelen, and Bilen Zerie from William & Mary and external fellows, Nastaran Far and Hailey Robertson from the University of Southern California. Congratulations to the new team members. You can learn more about each of them by clicking the “Research Fellows” tab under “People.”

Below is a photo from our first full team meeting for academic year 2020-2021. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, IJL will be meeting virtually on Skype in the fall semester and possibly the spring semester as well. While we are separated by hundreds, even thousands of miles, as we work remotely, we are united in our mission to produce high-quality research on human rights, transitional justice, and international law and courts – research that is relevant to policy makers, practitioners, and civil society advocates.

We will be recruiting again in Summer 2021 for admission in Fall 2021. The call for applications will be sent via the Global Research Institute’s listserv as well as W&M’s Student Happenings and general jobs site.
